These terms and conditions govern your use of the MWM Gardening Services website and the services we provide.

Services

MWM Gardening Services provides gardening, landscaping and outdoor maintenance services across Ayrshire. All services are subject to availability and an initial assessment where required.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a call-out fee.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

MWM Gardening Services is fully insured. We take every reasonable precaution to prevent damage to your property. Any concerns should be raised within 48 hours of service completion.

Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange to inspect and rectify the issue at no additional cost.
